All purchases of leads, subscriptions, or related services are non-refundable once payment is processed.

If a lead includes a wrong number, disconnected line, or duplicate, we will replace it in accordance with our Lead Replacement Policy
Replacement requests must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.
CLN reserves the right to review and validate any claim before issuing replacements.

Refunds may only be considered if required by applicable law or if CLN, in its sole discretion, determines a refund is appropriate.
